Specific Knowledge/Skills
+ T7 k5 i* s" M! Y4 T$ K3 A+ a3 n1)        Master degree in Computer Science, EE or Telecommunication
4 w% L, b8 s) p, ~( I2)        Strong Knowledge on .net platform & OO methodology
4 H: d; a9 l, G3)        Proficient in Java or C# programming language
4)        Experience in OO programming thinking and UML practice is preferred
* A9 x1 F3 h6 N% Y5)        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability
8 q" [; ]/ S" j' p6)        Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
