Qualifications:

1 [. W5 ^5 R3 |( `  l* d6 y    1) Having strong OOP concept.

    2) Familiar with Visual Studio 2005 or 2008.

$ v: F/ ^* M8 \0 g- a% W6 v    3) Familiar with C#
( b+ P; w9 b/ ?8 n" Y" `
    4) Familiar with ADO.Net and SQL Server.

    5) Know HTML or DHTML standard and JavaScript.

    6) Knowledge with Ajax is a plus.

7) Knowledge with design pattern is a plus.
