+ Y F2 {" B9 J' e- F0 S1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors
' G- V4 Y& ^3 Y8 R2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites: Q8 f, v; Q8 R2 ]8 Z+ e
3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors. {, L1 ?2 C/ [+ ]/ c, c2 W! y
4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
! ?7 D! A* z, h0 p6 `5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;
' ]7 J& z: O2 x7 \3 _2 \0 _6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;
g" m0 c l+ l7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
* z# S9 C( g4 {4 e8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database
5 w' U8 j7 S3 C6 e" ^2 ~9 N9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency

4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;
. {( X7 U; U1 d$ n5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率; . O2 s4 ]9 u6 E3 g& O- x
6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;5 A# O" u1 Y" a5 Y
7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;8 @' Y/ n7 ?" N! d
8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。
