( {- n: V$ R# P* e1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors
( F- \6 w9 |' H. f9 j4 w! l3 t2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites
' P N$ U; [: C7 P' J3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
4 T G5 i; t5 ~4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team 8 k$ v! T0 C) D% z+ x& U
5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;+ K7 ~; q) z" z& m. U, E! z' T' I
6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;
+ r1 o; F1 }; b; h7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
+ S* Y ]1 U0 c. H# a$ W8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database
( b9 p# |$ n! V! p" G! A1 f9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency

4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;3 P# h" Q" w$ L7 j6 M
5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率; ! w4 B7 K" T2 J, D
6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;
! p @! U4 K; n4 s7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;! X- S1 q* m3 P5 P8 [
8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。
