Responsibilities: , G5 ` q5 H% j, B! o: \
1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors' a. c' ?% U" k1 @
2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites& y- e$ T) g1 I% n
3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors7 L8 v o0 J% `% z# m2 C
4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
/ K4 v. |( D" R l4 A+ v1 U* r& `5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;
/ l B+ V) j# V$ q) p7 x* [ `4 Q6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;% _2 z# e$ V# H% {# c0 ^
7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
, h9 L7 g3 B5 ?8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database) G$ @+ g4 Q/ i: p
9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency Requirement:

5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率;

7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;

# g4 }. F! q( B! w/ j# \0 d9. 优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等
