7 l# b1 Y2 @; |/ s% q/ S! m- s1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors( y( ^4 `# j$ e* l$ w2 u' c
2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites
! T( {& X+ n* V e# u- _& x9 T3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
- O) f4 | d9 m S/ L$ i4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
% I+ d+ D& k9 H" N' U' \5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;
$ A& Y) d1 {, }. j6 e6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;# d* `0 X5 V2 g7 z$ F; g/ N
7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates; f, c9 V t0 f- [* d, S
8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database1 a! x! p- [. V. a; H! Y
9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency

工作职责:

1 @+ h( i$ b1 r- ?+ {' p4 |/ B2. 搜寻符合职位要求的潜在候选人;
! l) y' g% P; g3. 完成对候选人的电话初试;
: f; }3 ~2 E' x( z4 R4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;
6 ]0 M6 P C, n$ i: G& c3 P5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率; 3 \* q. H+ p" d; B4 ^! l9 `
6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;$ l/ k# s4 x7 ^ m6 r
7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;
