* O$ Q/ O0 n& @8 `: Y+ `- h0 V1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors
) H/ w2 y' p3 G7 k2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites' K- C4 ^. i1 m# ?. b: ~
3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
* T* ~ r6 o, |5 D$ i* \% z4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team - t3 ?! M4 c8 O: s w
5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;
% l0 B9 H* S; l6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;
6 f0 P e0 x Z: N9 d7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
$ q. c5 B! y: P! r8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database
5 o& M' I! ?: c2 a" G1 A5 A5 h9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency

2. 搜寻符合职位要求的潜在候选人;

$ X7 S. i, _6 t$ X* n p: g5 y5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率;
: R; i; j P+ M+ I6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;+ d( W1 l; H1 g2 H: j
7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;1 P8 q2 H- d' O4 I$ k" Z/ V, G
8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。- N) U, e& B( C& c4 X% c
9. 优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等
