! [+ a$ B, {( F1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors! M+ z& Y) Q3 b8 K" m
2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites
, {/ D% A5 V9 ]3 }4 w3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors# a% g3 `' D: A/ A. l
4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team 3 c3 @2 a' X& O; N8 k
5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;
$ J9 e, k" a) r' y% O6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;
6 Z4 l7 V$ F( c7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;) v5 {, l1 \- Y; X% M$ _& S$ n- B
8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database
% z( \& s) y/ t. ^; r9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency

5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率;
