/ f( n0 d0 W2 S* g8 q3 {# M" w: HThis Intern position is to support PRC R&D HR Department and Shanghai Site Operation. The main responsibilities include:

* b+ l% n3 J* N- `7 j! P; I1. Facilitate and support all the onsite HR Programs and events, including but not limited to Manager Training, New hire on-board, Leadership Development Program etc
6 g# u& a5 l8 A9 r% m2. Support PRC R&D Career Development Program in the area of communication, process control and checking, interaction with related stakeholders, collecting feedback etc.
* M1 f( ]7 z  m% |' D3. Admin assistant for PRC R&D HRM including meeting calendar booking, team meeting agenda arrangement etc
  w% C* u' H* {9 n$ x0 ^4 ?8 X4. Support onsite HR request such as collaboration with other departments such as Corporate Services, Corporate Social Responsibility, cross-china event coordination.

6 o' H. o& t- y# i, [6 U+ I1. Expertise or experience in communication, such as video editing, designing communication newsletter
2 p" d. V+ p9 b/ \2. Experience of organizing events either through previous intern experience or in school

4. Able to work independently without micro-supervision

6. Able to work for no less than 6 months
