工作内容：

-          发表高水平文章和高质量专利以及参加学术界知名会议和内部技术研讨会

任职要求：
－ 在系统工程、计算机科学、运筹学、管理信息系统、交通运输、土木工程等专业，硕士（含）以上学历
－ 在相关领域及行业具备深厚的研究经验和能力, 特别是交通运输行业、城市及环境管理领域等。
1 v: W& v; y. ^6 p－ 具备一种或者多种解决方案平台软件的知识和技能，包括：Matlab, SPSS, iLog CPLEX, SAS以及系统仿真工具
－ 具备Java，互联网应用软件系统知识和经验
－ 良好的协同工作和沟通的能力

The IBM China Research Laboratory (CRL) was established in September 1995. It is one of the nine IBM Research laboratories worldwide. CRL is located in Zhongguancun Software Park at Shangdi District, in the northwest of Beijing. In 2008, CRL opened a new research facility in Shanghai to provide local partners greater accessibility to IBM research capabilities. CRL has been growing steadily and it currently has over 200 technical staff members among whom more than half are doctor-degree holders.
The research at CRL ranges from software research to industry solutions and services, which enables cross-pollination of ideas from a broad range of disciplines. The key themes include information management, next generation services, high performance computing, network technologies and future systems. Based on industry insights and advanced technical skills, we also tackle complicated business problems through the innovative analytics and optimization technologies and asset management.
9 I1 j2 q3 F9 i! {CRL bridges the latest sciences and technologies from IBM worldwide labs to China and develop the collaboration with universities and research institutes. It aims to be the model of nurturing local talents and expertise.
Job Position: Innovative Business Solution Research

* d  z* R" @! cThe candidates are expected to invent innovative business solutions leveraging and advancing cutting edge information and software technologies as well as industry domain  models. These business solutions would be developed and applied as systems in various industries and domains through collaborations with IBM clients, IBM World Wide and IBM China teams. The focuses include domains such as asset management, operation scheduling management, emergency management, call center service management and industries such as public, travel & transportation.

This job drives the innovative solutions’ research lifecycle, include responsibilities:
* j( X! y* o4 F-          Identify and develop key technology for emerging solution opportunities for industries, particularly in China.
-          Work with IBM China and worldwide teams to deliver research result as core component of integrated solution and services offerings to clients
3 A4 m  h; C* e! i5 ~: u1 L-          Develop academic publications and patents, participate key influential conferences and workshops
$ U- c; j- f: g' yJob Requirements:
1 R' a# H- t( Q8 n-PhD or M.S. with strong academic background in computer science, system engineering, operations research, transportation research, management information system domains, civil engineering.
-Knowledge & skills of one ore more analytical software platforms and tools, such as Matlab, SPSS, iLog CPLEX, SAS, System simulation tools.
-Knowledge & skills in Java software system, enterprise web application experience is a plus
-Domain knowledge in relevant areas and industries is a plus, especially transportation & civil engineering
