本着多见到几个校友的目的,将不定期地在此发布NTNU(挪威科技大学)的博士/博后位置信息。希望会有人来申请。  E. f& T  Q; k1 O! y# I
英语is a must。若有需要帮忙可联系我yuzaiming@gmail.com

The Department of Petroleum Engineering and Applied Geophysics at The Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim, Norway invites applicants for a Postdoctoral research fellowship in applied geophysics. The Postdoctoral Fellowships is a fixed-term position with the primary objective of qualifying for work in top academic posts. The appointment is for a term of 4 years, and will be part of the Research Centre for Arctic Petroleum Exploration (ARCEx).
! p* Z" v8 C, h% c  w# o

4 C! ]% p: D: V' y
ARCEx is a national research center with several national and international partners from academia and industry. The center aims to improve knowledge of petroleum resources in northern and Arctic areas, with the complementary aim of providing essential knowledge and methodology for eco-safe exploration in the high north. This Postdoctoral fellowship will be working in the work package Technology for eco-safe exploration in the Arctic, with focus on electromagnetic surveys. For more information, visit: www.arcex.no
4 H. p. W" _( Y5 x8 G, Y2 A1 o% X
The research will focus on use of seismic- and Controlled Source Electromagnetic Method (CSEM) data for prospect-, play- and basin exploration, and on monitoring reservoir systems in Arctic Basins. The seismic method is relative robust both for exploration and production monitoring. CSEM has been shown promising for direct detection of hydrocarbons in the Barents Sea, and a combined use of CSEM data and seismic data may be effective in reducing exploration risk.

8 J6 K; ^. l2 [: n& o  g7 B) o
The main activities in the project will be to study general reservoir properties (lithology, porosity, permeability and anisotropy) and link these to geological structures of Barents Sea reservoir compartments. In this way their potential of being detected by combined use of seismic and CSEM will be better understood. Further, the project will study the potential for reservoir monitoring during production either by seismic methods alone, or combined with CSEM. Finally the project will develop workflows for reservoir monitoring using repeated (time lapse) surface seismic data combined with ocean bottom geophones and CSEM.

2.PhD - position on frost- and deicer salt durability of concrete with low carbon binders (IVT -42/15)

The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Dept. of Structural Engineering in Trondheim offers a PhD position in the field of concrete materials. The position is part of the Userdriven Innovation project Durable Advanced Concrete Structures (DACS) financed by the Norwegian Research Council and a group of industry lead by Kvaerner Concrete Solutions.

The development and use of new cement based materials with low environmental impact requires increased knowledge on durability properties. One important aspect is the use and effect of air entrainment in various new low-CO2 binders to protect against frost deicer salt scaling and internal frost damage. This concerns most concrete used for transport and energy infrastructure in Norway and other parts of the Northern Hemisphere (Bridges, Roads, dams, coastal- and offshore structures etc). Frost durable concrete structures are of great importance for all areas of the strategic plan of the Engineering Faculty at NTNU. NTNU (Infrastructure, Energy, Value creation, new products design and development including nanotechnology, and Ocean structures). Marine concrete structures are increasingly used in the arctic and the need for research and development within concrete materials for such conditions is therefore increasing. Also major domestic markets like housing, shopping, parking etc have a need frost durable concrete structures made with future binder materials of the low carbon society

' d; T; r, ]. b7 w, f! H
The reciprocal effects of cracking and scaling are not offered attention in standard performance test practice today. Thus evaluation of the relevance of tests is needed in addition to knowledge on production of air entrained concrete to ensure both production and documentation of frost durable concrete structures. Another scale issue is that accelerated tests are done on plain concrete whereas the confining effect of reinforcement on internal cracking is not taken into account. NTNU is working actively in this field theoretically and experimentally with new laboratory facilities for frost testing, pore structure etc.
The PhD position is on concrete and cement based materials resistance against frost and frost deicer salt attack and will be carried out as a combination of experimental and theoretical approach. The position is for 4 years including 25 % teaching duties.
Background: diploma engineer/M.Sc within civil engineering and structures with interest for material (building materials, concrete) composition, properties and use. Also applicants with a background in the more general material technology and -science can be considered. Interest in experiments and their analysis is a prerequisite for the job.. You must also qualify for admittance as a PhD student at NTNU, See page http://www.ntnu.no/ivt/phd/english.

This project focuses on the ductility of lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC) in compression. For practical purposes, the well-known brittleness of LWAC compared to normal density concrete has limited the use of the material. Demands for energy dissipation and/or a controlled behavior after failure may exclude LWAC as the preferred material. It is possible to increase the ductility by introducing different types of confinement, e.g by employing fibers. An experimental programme has to be carried out to investigate the effect of confinement on the ductility. Furthermore, based on the test results material models to be used in analysis and design must be developed.
