Our product development starts with rigorous analysis at the componentfeasibility stage and continues through production ramp. As a microprocessor(CPU) IOTG PDE, you'll contribute to all phases of the test process to help usquickly determine product viability, ensuring a smooth process and a qualityproduct. You will work as/with the product teams both at pre-silicon andpost-silicon stages of the manufacturing process:
You will be responsible of working with global teams in developing testprograms, validating and releasing to factory for product samples,qualification and high volume manufacturing;
; N: f7 A2 {3 I* V0 `You will perform test program and content debug, test program performance datacollection and work with global teams in issue fixes and improvement;
You will be responsible for ensuring the test quality and the product healthindicators through collaborating with variance teams;
You will be responsible for new product introduction, including but not limitedto system setup, test program releases, data collection, etc.;
You will be responsible for product sustaining, including but not limited toresponse flow chart (RFC) generation, hold lot disposition, customer returnsvalidation, excursion management, etc.

Responsibilities:
Prepares for and monitors the production testing of microprocessor (CPU) IOTGproducts. Develop and transfers test programs and other software components tolocal production facility. Configures test software components and debugssoftware environment as needed to prepare for production testing. Analyzesproduct yield, parametric and functional test data, to make sure test linerunning smoothly and provide recommendation for reducing test process, such astest time, sample percentage, monitor limit and etc. Own specific tests of the devicewithin the test program with division test program developing team.Collaborates with other global Intel facilities and development organizationsto ensure accuracy of present and forecasted test capacity, yield and othercapacity related parameters. May assist customer in device usage problems orcustomer testing of complex devices.

Qualification

The successfulcandidate should have a bachelor degree or higher in Electrical Engineering,Computer Science, Information Systems, Automation, or related field. Strongprogramming and software skills are required, such as/C++*/PERL*/VB*/VBA*/C#*). Candidate should also have strong analytical problemsolving, team work, leadership and communications skills. Knowledge of CPUarchitecture, operation system and PC platform is a plus.

- Excellent oral and written English competence

- Experience in programming develop, debug, deployment(C/C++/PERL/VB/VBA/C#)
