Our product development starts with rigorous analysis at the componentfeasibility stage and continues through production ramp. As a microprocessor(CPU) TP developing PDE, you'll contribute to all phases of the test process tohelp us quickly determine product viability, ensuring a smooth process and aquality product. You will be responsible of designing TP architecture and flow, working closelywith content team for both sort and class test methodology 8 h7 m) y/ Z m1 q2 d; O
You will be responsible of working with other scrum teams in developing testprograms, validating and releasing to factory for product samples,qualification and high volume manufacturing; ( B, r& V0 H# l5 x7 M
You will perform test program and content debug, test program performance datacollection and work with global teams in issue fixes and improvement;

Responsibilities: 0 M# W* F7 D- x/ X0 V
Design TP architecture and flow, working closely with content team for bothsort and class test methodology for microprocessor (CPU) devices. Develop andtransfer test programs and other software components to local productionfacility. Configures test software components and debugs software environmentas needed to prepare for production testing. Analyzes product yield, parametricand functional test data, to make sure test line running smoothly and providerecommendation for reducing test process, such as test time, sample percentage,monitor limit and etc. Qualification Thesuccessful candidate should have a bachelor degree or higher in ElectricalEngineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Automation, or relatedfield. Strong programming and software skills are required, such as/C++*/PERL*/VB*/VBA*/C#*). Candidate should also have strong analytical problemsolving, team work, leadership and communications skills. Knowledge of CPUarchitecture, operation system and PC platform is a plus.
