The mainjob responsibilities are driving factory equipment competency partnering withEngineering and MFG team, zero out FSE spending by building competent internalequipment instructors and internal tool masters for line sustaining. Jobcontent will be (but not limited to): -Eng/ MTs technical competency assessment and improvement, as well as techforums/training coordination; -L2/3/4 internal instructor qualification & pool management and trainingskill improvement; -Driving for tool master build up & qualification; -Leading overall Engineers technical skill improvement. Qualifications: -Education & Experience: Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering with 1+years of related work experience. Experienced within Intel Test Engineering ispreferred. -Good knowledge of Intel's TMG business, and able to work with various teams.Strong stakeholder management capability, able to build and negotiate supportand commitment from internal and external stakeholders. -Creative and able to implement an innovative/effective program to help improveMT & Eng technical competency. -Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure and with all levels ofmanagement. -Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills. -Good English language skills in both speaking and writing. -Fresh Graduates or applicants who graduated in 2015/2016 are encouraged toapply.
