Job Description

In this position, you will be a full time member to the Site Patent Office (SPO) as an Intern Assistant.  You will be expected to support SPO leaders to facilitate all SPO related matters while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity through self-motivation. Your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:
, q9 w8 c; l+ {- W-Drive the documentation of R&D process template and execute it thru driving the development organizations
  o% L( n8 G, u& d* z  Q-Drive the documentation of idea harvest process creation and facilitating
-Drive the patent registration process documentation and follow-up thru day-in day-out execution.
-Facilitate regular SPO meeting for effective decision making
-Create and host promotion activities required by SPO to boost the innovation culture

Qualification
' ?' _* {# r  n" \" T4 D* J-Undergraduate or graduate students major in legal, biz administration, automation or EE.
-Intern duration: 1/1/2017 – 12/31/2017 and up to change.
4 _% Y" U2 g/ E; q2 [: L2 ?/ J-Can work at least 3 days per week
-A passion for innovative technology that changes the way people work, live and play
% d% w* Z) Y/ }( W* S-A strong desire to work and deliver results in a fast-moving, dynamic, global, team-oriented environment to achieving goals in creative and effective ways
- |# X( Q7 B0 p! j! R7 V-Demonstrated strong ability of continuous learning, problem solving, initiative and communication
% M4 t( g8 Y  A* ~1 e# n/ `-Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.  
-Sound internship or working experience in people, marketing, social medial related preferred
* D5 E- }3 E, u-Good at formal documentation writing-up in both Chinese and English.
