Job description proposal:
! }; J. Y8 J" R, ?  C( D( u-Improve equipment stability and reduce downtime to deliver consistent output for high volume manufacturing.
4 a, ^! g% X$ E-Improve quality and yield performance through PCS, failure data analysis and commonality study.
-Optimize the equipment, process and material consumption to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
" {. N+ D+ C) ^-Transfer new products from development site and ramp it after qualification.
-Investigate process excursion, define root cause, containment and preventive actions.
* S7 g" e8 s7 v0 N: m! B$ B; u-Collaborate with other stakeholders in local and virtual factory to speed up problem solving and maximize learning across different platforms.

7 C: s# Y. {+ t" X' Z+ s-Master degree in engineering background: mechanics/electrics/material/automation….
-English communication capability in reading/writing/speaking.
) Z* v. j8 Y( c7 l" j# H6 ?-Knowledge in database, SQL and coding experience is preferred.
-Internship duration: at least 3 days per week_ for at least 6 months
-Preferable candidate who is going to graduate in Y2018.
