# S% ^" Z- U$ EThis Intern position is to support Intel Business HR Department in Chengdu. The main responsibilities include:

) B$ Y# L' @) j7 G1 k- Z7 L. v1. Facilitate and support all the onsite HR Programs and events, including but not limited to new hire on-board, Manager Training, HR development activities, Leadership Development Program etc.6 u: }& P. I& r: @! |1 e! L
2. Support HR control & compliance Program in the area of communication, process, interaction with related stakeholders, collecting feedback etc.' z6 H8 D q% N. j4 F
3. Support onsite HR request such as collaboration with other departments such as Corporate Services, Corporate Social Responsibility and cross-china event coordination.

Qualification u; n# E$ u+ M
+ e1 o, O y; g: c0 d8 Y1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Management including but not limit to Human Resource, Management, Marketing.
4 C6 r! N1 e7 m( r2.Expertise or experience in HR including talent management, talent development, recruiting, HR communication etc.2 b/ i4 r4 F4 b/ m
3.Experience of organizing events either through previous intern experience or in school

5.Able to work in the office at least 3 days a week
