This Intern position is to support Intel Business HR Department in Chengdu. The main responsibilities include:
* v& N9 y J6 h& J( _4 B" N) I7 S4 N i9 t* i F" _, P
1. Facilitate and support all the onsite HR Programs and events, including but not limited to new hire on-board, Manager Training, HR development activities, Leadership Development Program etc.
. h2 `+ s: A- W% c- _( S8 A2 y7 i1 G" @2. Support HR control & compliance Program in the area of communication, process, interaction with related stakeholders, collecting feedback etc.
* d7 s. t3 \) o( B$ ~3. Support onsite HR request such as collaboration with other departments such as Corporate Services, Corporate Social Responsibility and cross-china event coordination.1 E# F3 r+ e) x4 q

Qualification: S1 D3 `. a6 r9 `/ B+ y8 [2 c o

1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Management including but not limit to Human Resource, Management, Marketing.+ J- b3 u. L; o+ h
2.Expertise or experience in HR including talent management, talent development, recruiting, HR communication etc.9 V& g3 u9 S+ S0 g3 v @( D
3.Experience of organizing events either through previous intern experience or in school; j. `; l# |% [ d( c5 r; X
4.Detail orientation3 ]! F' [. h* k* u* ]. h8 V
5.Able to work in the office at least 3 days a week
