This is one perosn you do NOT want to give the high five!  Liu Hua from China suffers from a rare condition known as macrodactyly . His left thumb measures 10.2 inches and his index finger measures close to 12.

Surgeons have attempted to reduce the size of Liu’s fingers and thumb–they managed to  remove 11 pounds of flesh and bone in the procedure. A second surgery is scheduled to take place sometime in the future.
