ManagementTrainee Program
4 Z: Y& `3 d& @, o7 h6 i, I% uAt OCBC China, we have carefully designed adistinctive Management Trainee Programme targeted at preparing young, promisingtalents for a variety of positions within the Bank.

C2 Z5 `4 }Our Management Trainees will come tounderstand our core businesses through comprehensive industry orientation andacquire first hand knowledge through premium training programmes, job rotationsand possibly assignments. As a Management Trainee, you will also learn underthe guidance of a senior manager and get a chance to grow personally andprofessionally through the many networks you will develop during the course ofthe programme.

Requirement
Bachelor's or Master's Degree of anydiscipline from a reputable University (Banking & Finance will be an addedadvantage)
Less than 1 year's work experience
