摩托罗拉成都研发中心成立于2001年1月，坐落于成都市高新西区，办公面积两万平方米,现有研发人员450余人。在软件开发流程与质量管理方面位居业界领先位置。中心于2002年获得CMM五级质量认证；于2005年获得CMMI五级质量认证; 于2009年通过ISO9001认证。
摩托罗拉成都研发中心主要负责政府和公共安全业务领域相关产品的软件研发,在数字信号处理(DSP)、嵌入式软件，和Windows应用软件方面具有雄厚的研发能力。
 2003年，针对中国公安市场需求特点完成了PTX760集群对讲机的汉化及应用软件开发。
 2003-2005年，为全球市场完成商用系列常规对讲机(GP3188/ GP3688/ GM3188/ GM3688)软件部分的开发。
 2005年，为中国铁道部量身定制了适合铁路系统使用的GP3688对讲机软件。
 2007年同美国、马来西亚研发中心共同开发了摩托罗拉第一款常规数字对讲机MOTOTRBO 以及数字中继台. 并持续增强和丰富对讲机和中继台功能
 2008至2009年，负责开发了MOTOTRBO数字中继台软件。
 2009年，成立硬件开发团队，并建立了硬件开发测试实验室。
 2010年，成立Tetra网络基础设施开发团队。同年,还实现了MTR3000产品对UHF/800/900/VHF频段的广泛支持,并成功全球上市。

Position  1: Software Development Engineers - DSP Engineer (Job ID:98661)
职位1：软件开发工程师 – DSP工程师（正式员工/全职实习生/2012年硕士应届毕业生）
Location: Chengdu
Opening: 若干
Department Description    Design, coding, and testing of the wireless communication software products, especially on the air interface and digital signal processing related modules.

Specific Knowledge/Skills    1. Bachelor/Master degree on EE or Communication.
2. Strong background of Digital Signal Processing and wireless communication software development.
3. Familiar with digital audio processing, software defined radio technology, or industry standards on wireless communication system.
4. 1+ years working experiences of DSP application development on TI, Freescale, or ADI DSP chips. Working experience on TI C55 and C64/67 is a plus.
5. Strong programming skills in C and C++ are required, and programming skills in assembly language are preferable.
6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability.
7. Good communication skills in Chinese and English.

Position  2: Software Development Engineers -  Embedded SW Engineer (Job ID:98660)
职位2：软件开发工程师 - 嵌入式开发（正式员工/全职实习生/2012年硕士应届毕业生）
Location: Chengdu

Department Description    Responsible for applications development/test, communication protocol development/test and TCP/IP protocol stack implementation/test for embedded system.
Specific Knowledge/Skills    1) Bachelor/Master degree on Computer Science, EE or Communication.
2) 1+ year experiences of Real Time embedded Software development.
3) Strong programming skills in C and C++, Understanding of Object Oriented programming and embedded development practices
4) Proactively learner and Eager for new technologies
5) Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good team work spirit and adaptability.
6) Fluent oral English and written skill is required
7) Knowledge with embedded RTOS is required. Working experience on OSE, Nucleus, or VxWorks is a plus.
8) Experience with the development of telecommunication products is a plus
9) Experienced in TCP/IP, especial for router, switch and multicast is a plus

Position 3: Trunking System Software Development Engineer (Job ID:100041)

- Experience on script language like Perl/Tcl/Tk is preferred
