Graduate Trainee Programme
1 q: J1 K! a9 a' R& iThe Graduate Trainee (GT) Programme is part of our Integrated Leadership Pipeline which aims at developing high potential staff with high functional and geographical mobility to meet the Corporation’s long term manpower needs in the Mainland of China.
, @; B' H! S6 mUnder the accelerated 2-year programme, GTs are developed along the general management path.  They will have intensive cross-functional rotations in the Mainland of China and in Hong Kong to gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience.
( u2 a' b: B2 B7 j0 aFirst Year        Corporate familiarisation in Hong Kong
( P4 K8 i2 s1 u. }' Y7 Z' k. C% S. xNetwork building
* h% j2 |5 l4 P) M8 U1 l" O% L2 F! IAttachment to core businesses in Shenzhen
- u2 x9 c8 p& \- e! O, GFirst focused rotation in Shenzhen3 Z1 O/ ?: [( }3 c( j0 ]) S& L
Second Year        Continue with first focused job rotation in Shenzhen; M) y) _% o1 o0 n' _
First Hong Kong rotation in Operations2 B/ C' j* f1 @5 K# r; u7 \3 H
Enhance network building- W3 K9 q( g! x* ]: {% h  c
From the 3rd year onwards, GT will        take up formal placement at senior supervisory level in Shenzhen or other hubs in the Mainland
' O$ x7 s$ j  }4 lhave second Hong Kong rotation in a specialised function& L8 U: R& F( I$ Y7 k8 n4 N
In the medium term        GTs will assume the role of a department head
