% L- M4 G, ]4 y-        Dimensioning, design and simulation of converters for traction applications
( X1 j$ _& O; f; T-        Collaboration and technical reviews with R&D center in Switzerland
7 w0 q: g6 P0 u  `3 i: \-        Planning and execution of type tests of power electronic components and system integration tests of whole traction chain
-        Specification and dimensioning of power electronic components and technical evaluation with suppliers
-        Cooperation with control engineering and mechanical engineering
. {2 v. c6 V* }4 d; ~% t; i-        Support of engineering and technical sales team and technical documentation

. D& s" d  b& E) o2 H' k1 m-              Technical discussions, reviews and quality control meetings with sub-suppliers

  J6 Z5 y( S9 v# Q3 ?/ A& Q, K) X/ }Requirements
-        Masters degree in electrical engineering with focus on power electronics
" S' }$ l, t/ I* {' {7 P8 u-        PhD or experience in design of converters based on IGBT technology is a plus
: r8 H1 e# M; k4 h2 P1 z8 h-        Knowledge in electric measurement, set-up experiment environments and testing methodology desired
% s% ^" P# _6 m7 b- v-        Familiarity with modern simulation tools such as Matlab/Simulink, Simplorer (or alike)
-        Extensive knowledge of electrical power components such as transformers, inductors, capacitors, motors
-        Able to work independently and under pressure
6 n; D8 L0 f" k5 x3 I' {' U( {-        Good English and Chinese communication skills both verbal and in writing
