工作描述
1 在简体中文/繁体中文/日文/韩文的操作平台上执行测试用例
8 \4 t/ n+ l9 {% ]: x2 向测试组长提交测试报告及缺陷报告
3 协助全球开发团队定位及解决问题
4 与全球开发团队共同合作并确保产品的按时发布

Symantec Localization QA department is looking for intern students, a proper candidate will be in master degree study with computer related major, and having the time to work full-time for at least 6 months, the detailed position requirements and responsibilities are listed below:

Requirements:
- Able to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Personal drive for excellence and high work standards;
' L4 e" h4 |$ t1 _9 c! G% O- Good English read and writing skill, Fluent in oral English is a plus;
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts & technologies, and information security.
0 U5 m% D6 x" q4 _- Knowledge of programming, software testing and configuration management.
' _5 _/ _. B( q2 N3 K- At least 6 months full-time working.
- Korean or Japanese capability is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Testing English products as well as localized Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean products, mainly black box testing;
, N% D8 |9 o7 v  j" Z+ z) i- Define/create/execute test cases, report bugs professionally, work with development team to resolve product issues, follow up issues until they were resolved;
- Identify, troubleshoot and work around problem areas of products with minimal supervision;
8 @9 N* S/ T5 N( Y/ S- Ability to solve problems by working together with other teams, plus priority setting, time management, perseverance.
