Department Description :Responsible for developing Windows applications
Specific Knowledge/Skills
1)        Master degree in Computer Science, EE or Telecommunication
# ?; v/ K+ X* {4 q& P2 n2)        Strong Knowledge on .net platform & OO methodology
3)        Proficient in Java or C# programming language
$ ]$ h$ C4 J' t; }+ g4)        Experience in OO programming thinking and UML practice is preferred
: K! L8 X$ b; s8 ~9 z% Q5)        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability
# E/ m, @" \+ r! L8 q! G2 @( o* L# m6)        Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
7)        Having one of following experience will be a plus:
•        Database design e.g. SQL server
•        Web Services
•        Middleware
