1) Master degree in Computer Science, EE or Telecommunication % S& S z9 U) y1 y" x9 W
2) Strong Knowledge on .net platform & OO methodology

4) Experience in OO programming thinking and UML practice is preferred & a6 ]9 X. K. v9 y

6) Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
