Responsibilities: ! z6 e8 D+ v7 W" }: O; z: [% F
1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors; c4 T1 X6 j& ?! ]: R5 N* r$ v0 W
2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites) c# G3 k4 }" B+ }
3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
o$ e+ l0 B2 n3 ~( V, G. _. q1 |) o0 I4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
- ]- N$ J7 c! _, z( M5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;
1 f7 r. ?( b; o% m6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;
8 v' J6 Q+ c$ I- ~7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;; f4 J W% @1 f8 C5 |* Q; @
8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database/ e; b# e T z
9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency Requirement: 2 o G- D. ?3 J* Q7 H6 S

3. 完成对候选人的电话初试;3 k) z5 S* J1 n: ^! e5 A
4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;
6 S6 Q7 g% L$ u) _/ |/ |4 b9 U, B5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率; $ C! H' }" x- i& w- ^
6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;, d/ m) L9 ~( o' U$ b q
7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;
