1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors0 d3 C- ], i4 _5 K/ ~- k" o
2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites
) t7 Z% `7 m2 P ^! q6 K. F3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
2 I: C" N( M$ \5 _1 E9 u4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team ( V/ o3 e# P. v' N) v/ d
5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;* t& J0 P+ E5 n
6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;! K( z+ _, M9 w( j6 A/ i
7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;& o9 d0 k; z* ?( X1 E5 j/ U ~
8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database) B3 h; n% T1 X$ |
9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency Requirement:

4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;
! e, q' `7 q/ i& x6 s5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率;
5 r* [7 I- H! [* I$ i* R' ^% H# z6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;

8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。* N) [5 r& `7 K5 W
9. 优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等
