1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors+ R0 {. o; S3 j* E
2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites
! ^4 A- Y& X& R; e N3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
) {, S0 f0 k; v( x4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
3 l _9 c& r* T8 u/ Z6 H% z5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;
$ c% o) Y% \) D% p7 n$ m* E6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;
, h7 E9 q* u9 r& @! ?7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;2 N1 {) S5 [" Z, Q. R) b4 o
8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database: y; ^0 j% P. r# y9 G# ?8 S
9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency Requirement: 2 p( Y d( C; d* ?2 r+ v

2. Be proactive and results-oriented, be able to work independently with minimal supervision when required;

5. 探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率; " y, w$ V, l" I$ J# b- X1 a' D
6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;
$ f5 \) ~& s1 F) t) q7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;
* k1 \. c6 D2 `6 H7 _5 X6 }8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。
