1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors
& k& ^% l) `0 h$ d4 t2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites. G& O6 B& T+ y) U! n) ^; z
3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors* P% B- z* L1 E! h0 C
4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team ( F, R( ]7 K1 K& L
5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;+ L. F8 H* U2 z* ~% |/ l" |0 I& |
6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;0 \- C2 S- T5 w, G
7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
$ {: E. w* A7 ]) W3 i! ~8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database1 G: s' Q: u) d8 c5 x9 \; J8 G
9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency Requirement:

2. Be proactive and results-oriented, be able to work independently with minimal supervision when required;

6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;

9. 优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等
