1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors
2 I% c0 ~9 B2 I- P2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites3 ]* O, {9 j! p/ J/ g* ]% O9 S' v
3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
) O1 J- V- h& |/ N$ u4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
8 Q- Y( y5 d3 p# `, k5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;
! t, e: ^, E9 @9 B% ?3 r6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;
( C/ J9 W6 ^# t7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;, c! p6 f0 z& h j
8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database" E% f. H, g, X+ D$ n$ m, B
9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency Requirement: ; z9 O& Z* \: O |2 d* }3 i( p5 {
1. Be a team player, able to follow instructions;

6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;
