Responsibilities
+ O. v, V  Z! m" g/ S+ C
1.        Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors. v8 c6 s, c0 A$ w
2.        Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites
2 ]2 ]; y6 L# a3.        Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
9 Y4 w9 z0 t  q9 D! E$ k4.        Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team 1 v7 G9 r' |/ d: v
5.        Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;8 S! M$ K0 O% P
6.        Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;! y7 N, d. x7 P4 A
7.        Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
) D5 M  j4 a6 |1 n, q8.        Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database$ T2 G2 P' |5 p  R1 i0 {2 q3 C
9.        Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency
Requirement:

1.        Be a team player, able to follow instructions;0 A' L+ Q; }: }2 U
2.        Be proactive and results-oriented, be able to work independently with minimal supervision when required;
) ~% F+ y: R, B+ Z! G3.        Be highly persistent;( F& _& d% l0 c; M& S8 x# ?
4.        Be inquisitive and have the eagerness to learn;

6.        Excellent interpersonal skills;! K& c9 V0 h1 M  O  v
7.        Fluency in both oral and written English and excellent computer skills.

工作职责:

/ `, C3 ?  f+ {+ A# [" p- V: L1.      协助顾问对相关行业,市场及潜在客户公司的情况的进行分析调查;9 ?2 i- N; E8 n* |: `6 j' p5 O- X# G) n
2.      搜寻符合职位要求的潜在候选人;
' i9 D1 [  x% ~, ?' ?9 T3.      完成对候选人的电话初试;' w6 C9 E% V0 J. d: r
4.      对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;
8 n) J2 z" u' C9 R4 Q5.      探索获取人才信息的新途径,并充分利用网络等资源提高人才搜寻效率;
# B0 V; Z+ Y+ ^, }6.      充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;! G/ M; \) K8 G
7.      为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;
1 L0 R& S0 E+ ^9 x& G, R7 o& J8.      及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。/ L6 B' O# \7 J/ y, c1 C
9.      优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等
! n- N) M3 i. k) Q* a. a; E* S9 `# t; j2 G) z0 |! v
