Responsibilities:
4 N: D! L1 q2 R" k1. Conduct Pre-Search Analysis by database, Market and Potential Client’s Competitors, V2 |& a# D! U/ M; [
2. Optimize all channels and sources of information including the Internet, library, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, social networking sites+ `' U8 v! ^9 U+ @+ M% |9 @3 V
3. Refer all BD leads generated to Directors
% Z3 Z# ^8 Z) S6 Q4. Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team 0 ^# f$ M$ Z7 Q% C$ t
5. Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates;
# H8 }! @" r, L0 H6. Conduct personal interviews with qualified candidates;( A# \+ a+ @/ k; n1 ]4 Y
7. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
( t% r' \) q9 ] Z. Y* f K$ i& `8. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database
- ^- @; A( F! ~, O* F" C& |9. Be able to develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency
Requirement:

4. 对符合职位要求的候选人进行面试;

6. 充分利用PPT,图表等办公软件制作客户所需的人才报告;
; [) X+ |6 {$ u& V' Y s7 {7. 为顾问推荐潜在客户需求信息;) W# S; |; S& d# b( |$ j, Y
8. 及时更新候选人及客户公司的信息。6 r, A+ {* H2 w' G& O+ n4 P
9. 优化信息获取渠道,诸如网络,商会组织,社交网站等
