Investment Analyst Job Description
: }- i  _0 e- N: BXingtai Capital seeks an investment analyst to support the work of its investment team.  Investment analysts will work primarily to help identify and analyze investment opportunities as well as undertake certain due diligence and research responsibilities. Candidates should have a strong interest in the public equity markets and a strong work ethic.
The work of a Xingtai Capital analyst is exciting, fast-paced, and provides extensive opportunity interact with and learn from senior team members.  Further, analysts have the opportunity to participate in a robust training program that provides a valuable framework for a career in investment management, finance or business.  Candidates should have an outstanding work ethic, demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, an ability to work under pressure, and a genuine interest in investing.

Driven, self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and complete tasks on time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English

Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Previous experience in investing is not required; however, successful applicants will have a demonstrable interest in the field
4 p; q" X; z! X; D; ^4 T' X. nPrevious work experience in Food & Beverages, Apparel, FMCG, or Modern Retail is a plus
