1.Design Engineer (DE) 设计工程师
% Z* {  X8 _4 G3 ?, [Design analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products utilizing leading edge sub-micron BiCMOS technologies. Develop state of the art products that include the following circuit types: op amps, comparators, interface circuits, voltage references, ADCs, DACs, delay elements, DC-DC converters, and power supply control algorithms. Products to be designed include charge pumps, switching regulators, linear regulators, display drivers, and power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as broadband modems, PDAs, notebooks, cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital camera, and network equipment. Work on product definition, circuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the system level, simulation, layout supervision.

2.Failure Analysis Engineer (FA) 失效分析工程师
2 S8 P0 M$ {5 ]5 NThe Failure Analysis Engineer determines the root cause of IC failure by using analog semiconductor IC related knowledge and technology and combining with professional FA techniques. Once the failure root cause has been identified, the Failure Analysis Engineer works with the relative department to solve the issue and take action to prevent it happen again.

Support R&D (New Design/Process/Package development)

Customer’s failure analysis

# M) q% x1 z. [: |1 g/ a' fMaster degree (Semiconductor and micro-electronics Tech)
3 Z( O+ l) f$ DGood knowledge of analog circuit, device, semiconductor IC manufacture process, etc.
Strong in analytical and communication skills(both verbal and written English)
3 K4 c- l% T0 |4 f- ~- ^: A* s  USelf-motivated, responsibility, goal-oriented and able to work in a team environment
3.Test Engineer (TE) 测试工程师
　　Responsibilities:
Require strong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts
Design component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement, dynamic signal analysis and modifies automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits
: x' t0 h! a) ?6 sDevelop test solutions for clearly defined projects (limited in complexity, with precedents available)
Use high speed, DSP based, state of the art automatic test equipment (ATE)
- }; f3 l4 k' w. e% B' B3 S3 ?2 z: A0 pInvolved in all phases of product development: design for testability, test hardware and software design, hands-on debug, correlation, characterization and production release
/ M, M& S/ q  Y) }0 i# ]Organize assignments and schedules time to complete assigned projects within an established timeline
Communicate with others to solve routine problems and express ideas in a group setting
! {4 Z9 s  F4 n) U- |1 c" ^　　Requirements:
MSEE or equivalent
! S( ?3 V  F9 _8 XStrong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts
Familiar with C/C++ language programming and debugging
& {8 T7 G/ r. PGood English skills (verbal and written), CET-6 or above
; M: b7 m( d5 i3 _6 jFast learning and good problem-solving skills
Working experience on Analog / Mixed Signal IC testing is a plus
4.Product Engineer (PE) 产品工程师
$ k; W/ X$ R6 N/ J1 [　　New product development and production support
　　　Responsibilities:
New Product Development: Evaluation, Qualification and Release new products
Leader of the new product development team including DE, FAB, TE, Assembly, AE, FA

/ S# Q- T" ?2 }Good knowledge on Semiconductor, MSEE or equivalent
Good communication, writing and presentation skills
Good English skills (verbal and written)
Have product engineer experience is a plus
