1 G3 X2 p5 e" G9 bWhen I came into my college life five years ago, I barely had the passion, willingness, even conscience, for helping the people around me through this sophisticated but charming language. When I started it out by finding a job as an English teacher, I found it totally another subject to learn how to teach. Learning and teaching are so paradoxical that you can't imagine how many conflicts you will meet, which could burn your mind and eat you from inside.: w% U" i. V) v, b; y

When we read about Yu Minhong, chairman of New Oriental, we fix our eye on his aura, quotes and the odds and ends of his past, while ignoring the pain. Maybe you remember his "searching for hope in desperation" quote, but you won't know how it really feels if it's never been felt. You might be critical about Li Yang, the founder of Li Yang Crazy English, but you don't know why his is criticized. You never try to build up 20000-word-vocabulary. You haven't wake up at 5:30 in the morning and read out loud on the roof and repeat it for 3 month. You can't even stay focused in the English class and finish the tasks you are assigned to. Let us not say we don't have the talent for English.

$ d9 j: }2 J1 k$ T- p* o/ m* ]For those who teach a language would I like to say that, don't take your students as stupid mocking birds and fool them around. The reason why you can't achieve their respect and efficiency in work is that, you don't respect them first and teach in a way that would drive them crazy and busy and dizzy then lazy. Language could be one of the most creative subjects in the world if you try to make it so. Tests and exams seems really unreasonable if they cannot be taken as the means of investigating and advisory solutions, while pushing forward for goals as if students, given the only ball of test, were just scoring machines, rather than human beings.0 J& X5 E I% G/ }8 ~

I am not here complaining but share my love for this gorgeous language and for you, my friends. Let us follow our guts and take over our own control and share our knowledge here in this section.
