Job Title:

General Purpose:
Work as Software Engineer in OSS R&D team, responsible for S/W Design, Implementation, Integration & Verification, and S/W Maintenance. Co-operate with other function teams to make sure the software can be delivered on time with high quality under agile operation mode in Network Management domain.

) K; L, d6 A* ?Main Responsibility Areas:
: c( u* g4 V8 o8 s- Overall dev and/or test responsibility of assigned areas (e.g. features)
- Plans, designs and executes items in own area.
- Participate work effort estimation and deliverable review in own area.
- Perform system level problem isolation and resolution (i.e. Apply knowledge and experience to
! Q0 E, x' |* v/ u5 d determine root cause and solution)
& s( `* j$ d$ @, J8 v- Is responsible for sharing knowledge in his/her expertise area.

Key Requirements:
8 c% w; P% P; n2 A) W+ L# p, _$ y- Solid Java programming knowledge and experience
- Good DB (e.g. Oracle), Linux/Unix, ClearCase/SVN knowledge and experience
! V2 n+ U+ [# X5 E- Agile and Iterative S/W development experience
# R% a# i3 k4 D% s  {5 j/ [- Strong system level troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of script languages, like Perl, Shell, Python script
- S/W Testing experience is a plus
- Telecommunication and network management (e.g. TMN, SNMP, Web Service) knowledge is a plus
- (A)TDD and Test automation experience is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English skill
6 u4 N) g( {5 m- Master (1+ years’ experience) or Bachelor (1+ years’ experience) degree in S/W engineering, Computer science or Telecommunication
