' I% g% K/ j1 q2 F# W7 kService Consultant is responsible for visitor reception and general student service in each center. The Service Consultant creates a welcoming atmosphere for all people in the center, including center image, and assess management, customer reception and handover to Course Consultant, booking and check-in services, communicating EF policy and other information.  The Service Consultant also needs to respond to student’s requirements when s/he is seeking help or guidance.

Roles and responsibilities:
: I5 o% r3 e! z. d( G•        Create and maintain a happy and welcoming environment for student and prospects
•        Be responsible for class booking services
- P+ B. k3 }" m3 [  ], y: |( Y, M+ ?•        Inform students on changes within the center
4 R- I) ?5 g, C9 d5 M•        Collect student feedback and cooperate with relevant colleagues to promptly solve issues
•        Maintain center cleanliness and discipline.
( I" o5 x) O+ D$ a! p•        Support other center functional teams when needed
* r. s7 E3 U8 R  m( }1 z5 K& l•        Perform administrative duties as required

•        Level of English required:  Basic to intermediate English skills
•        Passionate in developing career in in service industry

•        Be flexible to working hours, able to work during weekends if required
