Key Qualifications - Proven academic excellence, including a university degree with acumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher - Experience in leadership, whether at work, on a team, or in a schoolgroup or club -Strong desire to lead a team that runs a multimillion-dollar,industry-leading retail operation Description In the first year of this unique 24-month program, you rotate throughvarious functions at our retail stores. During year two, you focus onleadership roles with top-level managers as your mentors and coaches. You learnas you work in each role, reflect on your experience, apply your insight, andshare with your team.
