2.    Job Descriptio/职位描述：

- Develop A-MAS and physical layer of software independently, specificduties are as follows:

能独立完成A-MAS 软件和物理层的软件开发工作，具体职责如下：

Complete LTE physical layer of software scheme assessment and modular design;

完成LTE物理层软件方案评估及模块化设计；

- Write software independently, and process function/property verification;

独立编写软件，并进行功能及性能验证；

- Complete software integrationand pass the integration testing;

完成软件集成并通过集成测试；

- Cooperate with engineer team inside and outside the company,help to solve problems occurred in testing;

与公司内外工程师团队紧密合作，协助支持并解决现场测试中发现的问题；

- Improve software quality according to the demands, including complexityof optimization and accuracy of ascension;

根据需求提高软件质量，包括复杂度优化及精度提升等；

- Change software property according to the demands of clients.

根据客户需求进行软件特性的更改。

3.任职要求/Required profile:

- Master degree in communication, computer or electric engineering .

硕士学位，通信、计算机或者电气工程专业

- Proficient in C, with DSP and MATLAB developing experience.

精通C语言，有DSP及MATLAB开发经验

- Familiar with 3GPP standard.

熟悉3GPP标准

- Understanding of Multiple antenna signal processing algorithm(adaptive antenna, MIMO).

了解多天线信号处理算法（自适应天线，MIMO）

- Fluently both in written and oral English.

有较强的中英文口语和书面沟通能力
