( p  g- Q' B6 S- M% c1 n: j! z; {职责：
1. Manage sourcing activities, benchmark prices for projects needs;
3 X6 f+ x9 U5 E3 K3 t2 b% M    管理采购活动，根据项目要求设置基准价位；
2. Negotiate terms, conditions and prices of related agreements and contracts;
    负责相关协议及合同条款的商定和议价；
3. Actively participate in the project management from sourcing perspectives;
    从采购角度积极参与项目管理；
( a4 T; i# Z0 G1 b4. Set up, track, review and timely report sourcing trends, budgets, savings, vendor performance, bidding process and negotiations;
+ B* l+ y5 V: m7 u% e& ]' ]    实施跟踪并向上级汇报采购进度、预算、结余、供应商配合情况及招投标流程等；
5. Assist sourcing manager and other teams for their work.
: q+ Y7 x7 P: j' X1 v$ j    协助采购经理及其他团队完成工作。

0 q( s+ c0 p8 K& j1. Bachelor degree or above, no specific requirements on majors;
4 p: E* x. y0 K0 Y) i    本科或研究生在读，无特殊专业限制；
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with proactive personality;
    积极主动，具备良好交际能力；
4 D) D" ?& t8 [) y9 \3. Hard-working with strong administration / coordination skills;
    工作认真，具有良好管理协调能力；

     良好的书面及口语英语。
