Job Descriptions:
, e+ q. g1 o/ Q" }' t- Responsible for the management, planning and delivery of site construction projects safely, on schedule, within budget and quality with proper close out.
9 H( b* x, P- P. a$ [/ ]- Working closely with Senior Project Manager in the daily site coordination of Tools Install activities which cover tool move in, utilities installation & hook-up, Safety Level (SL) signoff co-ordination, scope change requests and tool crating and move out.
- Working together with Senior Project Manager in the coordination of Progressive Build/Base Build activities which cover capacity upgrade and utility distribution, including building retrofit & construction.
  V5 V* m( g/ A6 q4 m6 G* v- Establishing key relationships with the Architecture & Engineering (AE), General Contractor (GC), 3rd party Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) and Project Stakeholders in ensuring smooth project execution according to schedule, quality and change controls.
8 M" L9 K, L. R4 f( I9 u- Required to work closely with groups of Stakeholders/Customers , Finance, Procurement to ensure successfully delivery of solutions.
- Responsible for all aspects of project safety performance in accordance with Intel’s safety culture, adhering to construction EHS requirements especially working in clean room production environment and ensuring project execution/delivery meet Intel’s EHS guideline and local government’s EHS requirements, leading the incident investigation when needed.

" y" v! V0 Y: M, }( E8 t( sMaster or Bachelor degree majoring in an Engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, or equivalent).
- Excellent both written & verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

: z+ t7 J$ n. h. e2 ^9 B- Ability to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction and as part of a larger team player.
