We are dedicated in providing overseers experience such as short-terminternships, volunteering, culture exploration to Chinese young peopleespecially university students. Through our well-designed and fully-supportedprograms participant will grow themselves both only professionally andpersonally.
攀达文化专注于为中国青年提供短期国外实习，义工，文化探索等体验项目。通过我们精心设计与全方位支持的项目，参与者不仅能在专业技能上获得提升，更能在身心成长的同时，发现更好的自己。现招校园唯一大使，与我们一起成长。

3 N4 ^5 w9 c0 g' S: xJob Responsibilities 项目职责：
1. To promote our programs as the only assigned campus ambassador
0 Y6 n/ h# n, H# r作为指定校园唯一大使，进行项目宣传与推广
2. Write marketing and promotion proposal tailed at his/her university
起草在本校宣传推广方案
3.  Answer some pre-stage inquiries tointerested students
7 \* g# X: `: e# \进行项目初期的咨询工作
4. Seek collaboration opportunity among relative students associations
  S/ Y- p7 |6 p& |) B. t4 S( i寻求与本校相关社团间的合作机会
5. Other temporary supportive work occasionally
6 s1 H' B* M) h2 G5 J5 y其它临时性校园性活动支持

Requirements 要求：
1.  Love travel and explore; Alwayscurious(not afraid) of the unknown
爱好旅游，探索，对未知充满好奇
! o( l+ M: _( H+ q, I2.  Some domestic/international travelexperience

有一定的国内/外旅游经验
3. Some volunteering experience, or has been curious about the volunteeringindustry
$ b9 ^# N) g7 |: h% ~有一定志愿经验，向往义工旅行行业
4. Some part-time experience, ideally sales experience is preferred
- l& K$ t  u0 n9 q有校内外兼职经验，销售经验为佳
+ k' z6 q) s( ^" r- e5. Majored in foreign languages is preferred
外语或英语专业者为佳

通过校园大使渠道成功申请项目并缴纳项目费，根据项目不同，将获得不同等级佣金。具体为：

Internship 实习项目：260元/人
Culture 文化项目：200元/人
Volunteering 义工项目：50元/人

表现优异者有机会进入攀达文化实习，负责具体海外或国内项目
3. Interns will be offered full-time job opportunity and be program leader toparticipant the programs we have in different country
实习生优先考虑为储备员工，更有机会带队参与我们合作国家的项目（欧洲，东南亚等）
