RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Pre and Post design win customer support for Qorvo standard RFproducts for infrastructure applications.

2.     Work closely with Sales to develop business opportunities withmajor customers.

3.     Work on-site with key customers de-bug of technical issues.

4.     Verify customer-reported issues and cooperate with product lineAE team to resolve.

5.     Provide products training and demonstrations to customers,Reps/Distribution partners.

6.     Develop relationships at engineering levels within thecustomers.

7.     Work as a member of a team to bring RF components includingamplifiers to market.

8.     Responsibilities will include interface with sales and marketingas the customer’s technical contact.

9.     Ability to communicate customer needs, system specifications andproduct cycle information to the business units.

10.   Work in lab to tune customer boards and evaluation boards:Hands-on lab work to identify and resolve issues.

11.   Strong lab skills including bench test setup, soldering,micro-probing, use of common RF test gear, complex measurement techniques.

12.   System level analysis and design experience component performancebudgeting based on system level requirement (analysis of noise power,linearity, harmonics, and impedance matching).

13.   On-site support: Experience in resolving customer technicalissues.

14.   Provide customers with RF technical product support at the RFsystem and component level.

15.   Work with customers to integrate RF components into BTS, AccessPoints, Routers, CATV applications etc.

16.   Good presentation skills, customer oriented, good technicalwriting ability, responsible for technical articles, application notes, productnotes.

17.   Willingness to travel a few times a quarter for customer visits.

18.   Strong overall RF experience: Familiar with transmission theory,matching theory, filtering, PA design, PA biasing, PA architectures,transceiver architectures, antennas, RF test methods.

19.   Design and analyze RF circuits using tools such as Agilent ADS;Momentum, Mathcad (Mathlab), Libra, Eagleware, SPICE, etc.

20.   Working knowledge of Smith Chart analysis and impedance matching.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.     BSEE, MSEE a plus.

2.     5 years as RF/Microwave Engineer.

3.     Read, write, and speak English, Chinese.

4.     ADS or equivalent simulation tool.

5.     Microsoft office.

6.     Visual Basic, C, C++ a plus.
