-Analyze the data from Intel internal tools or suppliers. Support operation supervisor or project data analysis and summary.
  g, a( C, U  t- w) I( d0 J; f" i' n -Issuing Purchasing order in the system for multiple sites.
-Maintain the Operation team shared documents and timely updated.
-Maintain Asia Operation team website and achieve relevant documents in the share folder.
1 d( p- S) u) F1 `: e -Collect site Critical success indicator indicators and follow up the reason/action plan if not meet the target. Monthly send out Critical success indicator report.
& `" t- W5 h8 d) J, l -Support operation supervisor Supplier report card meeting and Supplier performance issue tracking and set up reminder.
' j9 S6 f7 p3 P9 x3 S; G -Closely work with operation team and provide ad-hoc report support.
" q& w+ H' b9 s5 F) Q Job Qualifications:
5 C2 h5 s) X1 Y2 { -Good English capability.
0 v$ l- A2 Q7 B, ]" j -Proactively work with stakeholder and customer orientation.
1 K- X& Z( Q2 ]+ g -Strong communication capability. Commitment and Responsibility. Be able to work under pressure.
-Skillful in Excel, PPT, outlook.
( G5 M2 l0 J4 R# H* q: k% G -Master/Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Logistics, Trading, business management or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
-At least 2 days working/week.
