9 @1 G8 ?  m, H! q7 j5 y1 ~* A& MDrives programs/projects that will improve manufacturing floor and works to advance CE. Coordinate improvement through the virtual factory (VF). Drive system matching prior to system improvements. Conduct situational analysis to determine vision and roadmap. Ensure manufacturing remain ISO compliant to meet quality objectives. Drive VF station controller roadmap to automate compliance to work instructions. Partner with Engineering System to minimize the cost of effectively controlled processes.

- Candidates must possess Bachelors or Master's Degree in technical / engineering related major
% D, H5 y5 z# U: q3 J1 O- Factory Quality Management / Improvement related experience is a plus
6 Z% C" W7 b6 T# ^- New Product Introduction related experience is a plus
0 ^; x( `" u9 W! N6 ~: l5 m" A, c- Must be able to work independently with minimal instructions
- Have a thorough understanding of factory automation systems
- Effectively connect with the virtual factory (VF) when it will be applicable
- Utilize project management skills to lead improvement efforts effectively across all levels and groups
; K# Q# {, T8 @$ l8 p- Strong technical problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills
5 }# J) e, P$ @, z- Ability to work in a team environment across multiple groups
& u- x, X" U6 ^: D- Strong project management skills in driving/tracking program milestones, identifying and resolving issues
