Location:Chengdu Contact:saw.yen.yew@intel.com In this position, you will beresponsible for process control, equipment installation and/or qualificationand/or maintenance and NPI introduction on assigned module to make suresuccessful volume ramping up by hitting all internal and/or virtual factory (VF)goals (safety, quality, yield, AU, cost). Yourresponsibilities will include but not be limited to:
. {0 G: f9 a! e/ H- Responsible for continuously improving quality, productivity and reducingcost through technical innovations : I0 N$ o) R! E" V4 G
- Developing new or modified process formulations, defining processing orhandling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviewing processingtechniques and methods applied in the manufacture, assembly and evaluation ofsemiconductors
6 [% `7 o) x. v' ^4 A# T8 A- Conceiving and planning projects involving definition and selection of newconcepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improvedprocesses in assembling, testing, packing and device physics

- Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteriafor obtaining results Candidates mustpossess a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical,Mechatronics and/or other related majors. Additional qualifications include: 8 o2 c+ K7 e+ \9 {! i* V
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
9 H- u( i1 h! u' o- Familiarity with statistical data analysis techniques 6 E2 h& m x( i
- Demonstrated excellent problem solving skills
& ^) L2 Y5 Z% F- Ability to travel and/or relocate to another city or country for training
