-Determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.  Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output, and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
3 b6 f3 n8 H$ Q5 L& i! `) H& q# @-May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may plan and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.
+ I9 J+ {& K/ y) D' o) y0 M-Plan plant, production facilities and equipment layouts
- s2 e& e/ w& T' V$ U; {-Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
-Respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

-Preferably student(s) who is going to graduate in 2018
1 R* E' [: ~, E5 M# N3 k) U-6-12 months Internship
: }3 k# ^# a$ c& G$ g-Industrial Engineering background or similar majors are preferred
-Fluent English listening, writing, communications skills
-Excellent in data skills
