Job Description

Job description proposal:
+ N7 h; o6 D1 e( c$ W-Improve equipment stability and reduce downtime to deliver consistent output for high volume manufacturing.
- C1 ]) s$ @& Q- R-Improve quality and yield performance through PCS, failure data analysis and commonality study.
- Q/ G6 k$ n+ s5 ~- M3 f* T' @. _-Optimize the equipment, process and material consumption to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
2 }9 A" W  `8 {+ z3 v/ U/ A-Transfer new products from development site and ramp it after qualification.
-Investigate process excursion, define root cause, containment and preventive actions.
-Collaborate with other stakeholders in local and virtual factory to speed up problem solving and maximize learning across different platforms.

Qualification/requirement:
-Master degree in engineering background: mechanics/electrics/material/automation….
-English communication capability in reading/writing/speaking.
: q9 R4 D& h  G: m2 j, I-Knowledge in database, SQL and coding experience is preferred.
$ |4 X" `: h: p8 m-Internship duration: at least 3 days per week_ for at least 6 months
-Preferable candidate who is going to graduate in Y2018.
