# `4 ~9 R7 |5 z" UJob description proposal:
-Improve equipment stability and reduce downtime to deliver consistent output for high volume manufacturing.
/ v) d6 V% \( ], s+ c6 R-Improve quality and yield performance through PCS, failure data analysis and commonality study.
1 D: S( o; `+ ?& ~- d3 L-Optimize the equipment, process and material consumption to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
; w0 f8 x  r2 Z: M+ X-Transfer new products from development site and ramp it after qualification.
8 l8 A$ g/ `6 k4 p* V, |) ^-Investigate process excursion, define root cause, containment and preventive actions.
-Collaborate with other stakeholders in local and virtual factory to speed up problem solving and maximize learning across different platforms.

Qualification/requirement:
-Master degree in engineering background: mechanics/electrics/material/automation….
-English communication capability in reading/writing/speaking.
-Knowledge in database, SQL and coding experience is preferred.
- P3 B1 Q1 a) H- H6 i5 g% }( T-Internship duration: at least 3 days per week_ for at least 6 months
