  i% `0 |+ x0 X, H6 Z9 K8 [-Improve equipment stability and reduce downtime to deliver consistent output for high volume manufacturing.
-Improve quality and yield performance through PCS, failure data analysis and commonality study.
-Optimize the equipment, process and material consumption to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
; a" M# p( p( m; R: Y( `-Transfer new products from development site and ramp it after qualification.
/ ]0 W7 g( I3 t0 m9 D( V-Investigate process excursion, define root cause, containment and preventive actions.
1 s6 n. j2 y! a! Y  E' Z-Collaborate with other stakeholders in local and virtual factory to speed up problem solving and maximize learning across different platforms.

Qualification/requirement:
-Master degree in engineering background: mechanics/electrics/material/automation….
; R; D% ]8 L7 |7 b  z; h-English communication capability in reading/writing/speaking.
-Knowledge in database, SQL and coding experience is preferred.
