Job Description

Job description proposal:
-Improve equipment stability and reduce downtime to deliver consistent output for high volume manufacturing.
# `$ y; j' @8 X$ T) b-Improve quality and yield performance through PCS, failure data analysis and commonality study.
-Optimize the equipment, process and material consumption to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
- y: {+ R( [' `  X4 N-Transfer new products from development site and ramp it after qualification.
- @0 w% _0 `4 L* m( k6 h( b-Investigate process excursion, define root cause, containment and preventive actions.
-Collaborate with other stakeholders in local and virtual factory to speed up problem solving and maximize learning across different platforms.

Qualification/requirement:
-Master degree in engineering background: mechanics/electrics/material/automation….
7 D- p) |, M1 e  h' U- |-English communication capability in reading/writing/speaking.
- d0 R7 }. Y. Q) I6 e7 i-Knowledge in database, SQL and coding experience is preferred.
3 P- l/ j7 Y' c$ j; e8 T-Internship duration: at least 3 days per week_ for at least 6 months
