Job description proposal:
- d5 b7 I( V9 g, i-Improve equipment stability and reduce downtime to deliver consistent output for high volume manufacturing.
-Improve quality and yield performance through PCS, failure data analysis and commonality study.
-Optimize the equipment, process and material consumption to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
-Transfer new products from development site and ramp it after qualification.
-Investigate process excursion, define root cause, containment and preventive actions.
-Collaborate with other stakeholders in local and virtual factory to speed up problem solving and maximize learning across different platforms.

: Y" i4 Y8 w8 w; o& D& l-Master degree in engineering background: mechanics/electrics/material/automation….
-English communication capability in reading/writing/speaking.
8 D; v% b! q0 W8 w) A-Knowledge in database, SQL and coding experience is preferred.
( }& G3 \% F- w( u4 s# y( Y& ]-Internship duration: at least 3 days per week_ for at least 6 months
- b$ ]2 n& n! M9 @5 {-Preferable candidate who is going to graduate in Y2018.
