-Software training of CMM for customers based on every course syllabus on site or at Demo center.
-Trouble shooting according to the Zeiss IMT hotline’s schedule and provide the feedback.
-Maintain and improve the customer relationship, especial for VIP customer
-Contract programming and measurement by self as per after sales’ contract and can provide them to customer and after sales on time.
-Sales and after sales technical support for Zeiss IMT software and also can provide the corresponding software solution based on the requests.
-Collect and backup the customer technical data for better support in future
-Provide the detailed technical report for Zeiss software bug or skill.
-Translate the technical materials and provide the necessary support for Chinese software.
职位要求Education:
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Automation
Experience:
-Familiar with Geometric Metrology or Quality Inspection, CMMs experience is preferred.
Other skills:
-Good English and Chinese both in writing and speaking
-Comprehensive computer knowledge with hardware and software
-Good knowledge in CMM metrology
-Good ability of self-learning and communication.
-Strong awareness of customer service.
-Team work spirit and active work attitude.
-Able to travel frequently on domestic and international business trips
