Description

The main job responsibilities is driving employees’ equipment competency partnering with key stakeholders. Need to understand factory operating philosophy, closely work with key stakeholders to understand training requirement/competency requirement, strategically propose training solution which could help and support factory business running. Job content will be(but not limited to): Eng/MTs technical competency assessment and improvement, as well as tech forums/training coordination; L2/3/4 internal instructor qualification & pool management and training skill improvement; driving for tool master build up & qualification; and leading overall Engineers technical skill improvement.

Qualifications
1.Education & Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in engineering.
: @# H6 J4 I: N# E& W2.Be able to work with various teams, stakeholder management capability, able to build and negotiate support and commitment from internal and external stakeholders.
" Z" F- H5 p4 v, x- q4 X5 |3.Creative and able to implement innovative/effective program to help improve MT & Eng s technical competency.
- A3 h5 C" s1 A# w4.Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure and with all levels of management.
& o2 Z# k% R8 X: J& S7 S% E0 T* `9 t5.Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills. Good English language skills in both speaking and writing.

This is a full time college graduate position. It’s suitable for student who is going graduated in Y16 or Y17.
